have yourself a merry little christmas.

For most people, Christmas music is a joyous thing. I am one of those die-hard the second after Halloween Christmas music listeners (don’t hate me!). But for others, like Woman, she believes that one Christmas song a year is plenty. That is unacceptable. It was on the nineteen hour drive that I discovered another two scrooges in my family. I had no idea that Christmas music makes my family hostile.
Robin never freaks out. Never, ever. Not once in my life has she ever truly yelled, grounded, or has been rather upset at me. She’s a calm one who physically can’t yell. But on the drive, the drive that seemed would never end, I got to see a rare Robin flip out. She claims it was the Christmas music, woman bugging her for dental floss, and the fact that her coat wouldn’t come off, but she had a rare moment. It was great.
Drew, is always upset whilst on road trips. We usually ignore him and let him drive. But I broke the power inverter and he had a slight tantrum. Great times.
Woman. I usually try to ignore her on road trips. We are often called pests and whatnot while we drive.
Now, I’d like to introduce you all to the cutest cousin in the world. His name is Allen and he’s two. He likes to announce that he is in the room by yelling ‘I’m here!’ every time he enters. He speaks with a slight British accent. He refers to his bum as an ‘ohbet’ (said ‘ooohbit’) because that’s bum in his mom’s dialect. He enjoys jumping on your belly and head, hiding, and running. Woman, Robin, Drew, and I were all digesting our birthday feast (my grandpa turned 80. that is so old) when little Al came into our room “I’m here!” We all turned to see that his face was covered in something. “I like cake!” he yelled, “I made a mess!” and then ran away. We then booked it downstairs to find this.

I love this child.
(I have a picture of the child, but for some reason it won't let me upload!)
Woman broke the shower and her bra was hung by the fire with care.
I forgot to shingle the bird house for my grandmother.
And now, I’m back in the good old valley. Oh how I’ve missed it. My reunion with my besties last night was amazing. Squeals and hair-in-mouths hugs were highly necessary.
Are you all excited for your Christmas present? I’ve been so excited! Please click here, enter your real email (or fake!) and receive free chips, salsa, and Queso (with a purchase, may I suggest the crispy chicken tacos?). It may be small, but Merry Christmas friends!
I still can’t believe that people actually read this. I have big plans for next year, as Taylor Swift says, “It’s a new year, a new beginning, and things will change”.
